Joseph Chandler

Joseph Cleveland Williams Chandler, age 69, of Webb City passed away March 31st, 2024 in the comfort of his home surrounded by loved ones.

Joseph was born on December 19th, 1954 in Kansas City, KS to his loving parents Joseph Williams and Eunice Chandler.

He married his wife, Edna (Carver), on July 5th, 2013 in Miami, OK.








Joe was a member of Cornerstone Revival Center in Carterville, MO. His greatest love was the Lord. No matter who he talked to, his conversation was about God. He enjoyed being a husband, father, grandfather, barbecuing on his grill, listening to music. His greatest enjoyment was being up in the pulpit every Sunday morning opening up for Sunday services.

Joseph is survived by his mother Eunice Daniel; his loving wife Edna; two brothers, James Williams and wife Carmona, Raymond Bell and wife Annette; three sisters, Sheila Williams, Roxanne Williams, Charlene Willaims; three daughters, Quanita Shunell Chandler, Rosetta Chandler, Charlene Chandler; one son, Matthew Howard and wife Kaitlyn; ten grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Cleveland Williams and two brothers Leonard Williams and Johno Pearson.








A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 11th, 2024 at 12:00pm with a service to follow at 1:00pm at Forrest Grove Baptist Church, 1417 N 9th St, Kansas City, KS 66101.

A viewing will be held on Friday, April 12th, 2024 at 12:00pm with a service to follow at 1:00pm at Cornerstone Revival Center, 220 W Main Carterville, Mo 64835 with a burial to follow at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
