(From Parker Mortuary)Thad Alan Stripling, a cherished husband, father, son, and brother, passed away on August 26, 2024, in Joplin, MO, at the age of 48. He was born on November 12, 1975, in Denver, CO, to Nancy (Trease) Stripling and the late Clarence “Mike” Stripling, II.
Thad's life was a testament to the enduring power of love and family. In 1994, he married Amber Adams, and together they built a life filled with joy and mutual respect. Their union was blessed with a son, Brett Stripling. Thad's devotion to his family was unwavering, and he instilled in his son the values of hard work and kindness.
Professionally, Thad was a glazier at Commercial Glass and Metal in Joplin, MO. He was a man of many talents, a true craftsman at heart. His interests in woodworking and being a handyman showcased his ability to create and fix anything he put his mind to. He was often referred to as a jack of all trades, but his role as a family man was the one he cherished most.
Thad is survived by his loving wife, Amber Stripling; son, Brett Stripling; mother, Nancy Stripling (Sandy); and brother, Daron Stripling (Nichole).
He is preceded in death by his father, Clarence “Mike” Stripling, II.
Thad's legacy will live on through the lives he touched, the work he created, and the immense love he had for his family. His memory will be held close in the hearts of those who loved him. Thad will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary Chapel in Joplin, MO.
