(From Clark Funeral Home)Ernest Ray Bridges, 62, Diamond, entered into rest at his home on Sunday, October 11, 2020. He was born October 22, 1957 in Carthage, the son of Walter Ray and Nadine (McLinton) Bridges and was a lifelong area resident.
Ernest worked as a groundskeeper at public golf courses and enjoyed music.
He is survived by three children, Jacob Bridges, Liz Bridges and Thomas Bridges; two grandchildren, Doe Henry Bridges and Maverick Bridges; one brother, Perry Bridges; one sister, Marilyn Bridges and the mother of his children, Beth Bridges.
He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Ben Bridges and Henry Bridges.
