(From Simpson Funeral Home)Ann Dalene Williams, 61, went home to be with the Lord on October 20, 2020, at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin, MO with her family by her side.
Her Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Simpson Funeral Home in Carl Junction. Viewing will be on Friday at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 AM and the family will be present from 1:00 PM until service time for visitation. Burial will follow services in Waco Cemetery.
Ann was born on April 17, 1959, in Joplin, MO to Mary Jean Foster and Dale Williams.
She is preceded in death by: Mary Jean Foster, Dale Williams and Jay Williams (brother).
She is survived by: Mary Kay Walker & husband Skip (sister), Teresa Mitchell (sister), Cory Williams (brother), Brian & Angela Packer (son), Bobby & Beth Packer (son), Eddy Packer (son), Dedra & Rob Wilkinson (daughter), James Tabor II (son), Kelly Jean (daughter), Lucas Packer (grandson), Robin Packer (granddaughter), William Packer (grandson), Nancy Williams (step-mother), Sandra Soles (step-sister), Woody Friel and wife Dione (step-brother), Lee Friel (step-brother), and Lana Williams (sister in law).
Ann was an active member in Missouri OES Faith Chapter #334. She was a graduate of Carl Junction High School Class of 1977. She loved knitting and researching family heritage. Her most prized possession was her kids and grandkids which she loved all deeply and always sought opportunities to spend time with. Her presence will be greatly missed. Despite many challenges, she loved Jesus throughout her life.
