Alan Lynn (Hawkeye) Fulton age 75 of Joplin passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2015 at his residence after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Akron, Ohio on June 23, 1939 to Eugene Fulton and Mabel (Lee) Fulton. Alan was a United States Air Force Veteran and served in the Vietnam War, and was a bankruptcy supervisor for the GE Capital Bank.
He married Terri (Denno) Fulton on January 16, 2010 at the Christ Church of Oronogo where he was a member and she survives him at the home. He is also survived by his step-daughters, Colette Robertson of Webb City, Michele Day of Pierce City; and a twin brother, Brian Fulton of California; along with 7 step-grandchildren and 11 step-great grandchildren.
Alan has been taken for cremation and the family will have a memorial service on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Church of Oronogo with Reverend Ken Ansley officiating. A memorial visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until service time at the church on Thursday as well. His remains will be entombed at Osborne Cemetery in Joplin.
