Glenn Hayworth

Glenn Charles Hayworth of Miami, OK passed from this life Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Integris Miami Hospital in Miami, OK. He was 84.

Glenn was born December 8, 1937 in White Oak, OK to Harry and Iva (James) Hayworth. He had lived in Miami over 40 years moving from Picher, OK. 

Glenn served in the U.S. Army as a Corporal during the Korean Conflict. He had worked for Wonder Bread in Miami, OK and Dolly Madison in Joplin, MO. He was a member of Southern Hills Baptist Church in Miami, OK and was a Sunday school teacher for many years.








He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Dewey Hayworth and Bobby Hayworth and 1 sister, Phyllis Rosell.
Survivors include his wife Joy (Bone) Hayworth of the home, 1 son, Rick Sharp and wife Debra of Quapaw, OK, 3 sisters, Toddy Forgey of Baxter Springs, KS, Linda Garrett of Broken Arrow, OK and Debbie Rush of Commerce, OK, 2 grandchildren Jake Sharp and Jessica Sharp and 5 great grandchildren, Kylee, Jacy, Jax, Mailey and Kailey.

Celebration of Life Services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Southern Hills Baptist Church in Miami, OK. Rev. Terry Smith will officiate.
