(From Derfelt Funeral Home)Ronnie Allen Christmas, age 53, passed away suddenly Friday, January 21, 2022 in Harrison, Arkansas.
Ronnie was born September 17, 1968 in Fort Gordon, GA. His parents were Roger and Martha (Moore) Christmas. He had lived in Columbus the past 10 years.
He graduated from P K Young High School in Gainesville, FL. He has lived in several cities while traveling for work. He worked several years as a Mill rite in construction for several years. For the past 5 years, he has worked as a truck driver at Midwest Express based in Lenexa, KS. Among his interests were camping, and being ornery to his kids and grandkids.
He was married to Terri Lou Spencer from December 15, 2016 in Miami, OK. She survives.
Additional survivors include one son, Chad Harris, Mindenmines, MO; two daughters, Stacy Pointer (Garrett) Jacksonville, NC, and Danielle Dohle, Columbus, KS; his father, Roger Christmas, State of Tennessee; two brothers, Scotty Christmas (Amy), Gainesville, FL, and Tracy Christmas, State of Alabama; 6 grandchildren, Zachery, Rilea, Jaden, Olivia, Brantley, and Kyler one great-grandchild, Waylon, and his pet dog named Peppy.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Christmas
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Derfelt Funeral Home, Columbus, KS. Bobby Martin will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Columbus, KS.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:00 pm, Friday, January 28, 2022 at Derfelt Funeral Home, Columbus, KS.
