Larry Becker, age 85, of Golden, Missouri, passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, May 25, 2024, Mr. Becker, son of Herman and Marion (Tilton) Becker was born on July 16, 1938. On August 15, 1959, Larry and Marlys were united in marriage until her death in 2013.
Larry was a mechanic and carpenter with a love for the lake. He built their final home on Table Rock Lake. He loved his family and friends. Larry was surrounded by a great community who loved him dearly.
He is survived by two daughters, Debra Martell and her husband Jim of Rocky Comfort, and Patricia Becker of Cassville; three grandchildren, Jeremy Martell and his wife Sherley, Amanda Christman and her husband Josh, and Dodie Becker; four great grandchildren, Zoey Martell, Keegan Martell, Taylin Chrisman and Ryker Christman; one sister, Roseanne Florey.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Marlys Becker, his son, Lee Becker, his daughter Lynn Becker, his brother, Roger Becker.
A Celebration of life will be held at his home 28114 FR 1225 Golden, Missouri 65658 on June 8, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.
A burial service will be held at Lake View Cemetery in Windom, Minnesota at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and Crematory.
