Teresea Page

(From Simpson Funeral Home)

With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our beloved Teresea Jean Page, who departed this life on June 1, 2024. Born on January 19, 1957, in El Dorado, KS, she was a beacon of reliability, thoughtfulness, and spirited dedication throughout her 67 years of life.

Teresea was a woman of incredible strength and resilience, who touched the lives of many with her warm heart and generous spirit. She was a reliable rock for her family, always offering her help, support, and love.

Her thoughtful nature was evident in everything she did, from her nurturing care of her children to her dedicated service to customers during her career at Walmart in Carthage, MO. Even in retirement, Teresea remained spirited and active, relishing the joy of being outdoors and cherishing every moment she spent with her family. As Helen Keller aptly said, "Life is either a daring adventure or nothing." Teresa wholeheartedly embraced this philosophy, living a full and adventurous life.

Teresea is lovingly remembered by her husband Stephen, to whom she was married for over 51 years, and their children Dawn (Keith) Spurgeon, Benjamin, Phillip, and James Page. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Evelyn Chenault. Her legacy of love, dedication, and spirited enthusiasm will continue to live on through her family and all those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Services are under the direction of Simpson Funeral Home. The family encourages relatives and friends to visit www.simpsonfh.com to share photos and memories of their loved one, Teresa.

As we remember and celebrate her life, let us take comfort in the words of Emily Dickinson, "Unable are the loved to die, for love is immortality." Teresa's love remains with us, immortal in our hearts.
