(From Daniel Funeral Home)Ada Mae Richards, age 70, of Lamar, Missouri, passed away on April 1, 2025.
Ada was born on November 7, 1954, in Eldorado Springs, Missouri, to Clarence Schneidler and Margie Pendley. She graduated from Liberal High School in the class of 1972. On February 22, 1997, Ada married Tommy Lee Richards Jr. in Joplin, Missouri.
Ada was dedicated to her work, having spent many years as a waitress at The Blue Top Cafe, worked at O'Sullivan’s Industries for 26 years, and spent another 10 years at the Jasper Popcorn Plant.
Ada is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Tommy Lee Richards Jr.; two sons, Justin Bishop and his wife Stacy of Alba, Missouri, and Tommy Lee Richards III of Lamar, Missouri; two daughters, Amber True and Feather DeBlase and her husband Michael, all of Lamar, Missouri; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Margaret Tabor of Eldorado Springs, Missouri, Mary Harmon of Midland, Texas, and Brenda English of Lamar, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; one sister; and three grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Daniel Funeral Home in Lamar, Missouri.
