Robby Dale McCumber Jr., age 19 of Galena, Kansas, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2015 from injuries received in a motorcycle accident.
Robby was born May 24, 1996 to Robby Dale McCumber Sr. and Mary Louise Williams in Joplin, Missouri. He was a 2015 graduate of Riverton High School. Robby was working as a home health care aid to his grandfather. He attended services at Tennessee Prairie Church outside of Galena.
Surviving Robby are his parents, Robby D. McCumber, Sr. of Galena; mother, Mary Louise Williams of Galena; adoptive mother, Sherry Ball-Drane and husband, Basel of Galena; brother, Nathan Williams of Topeka, Kansas; sisters, Vanessa Yates of Claremore, Oklahoma, Marie Tillman of Joplin; paternal grandparents, George McCumber of Galena, Mary Gladys Brown of Mulberry, Kansas; maternal grandparents, Doug and Barbara Seeley of Galena; uncles, Eddie McCumber of Bakersfield, California, George McCumber, Jr. of Mulberry, Kansas and Raymond Williams; aunt Marcela Novela; plus many extended family and friends.
Services for Robby will be held Monday, September 28th at 10:00 A.M. at Parker Mortuary with internment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Galena. Family will receive friends on Sunday from 3-4:00 P.M. also at the mortuary.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
