Frank W. Owsley, “Crazy Frank”, age 72 of Webb City, Missouri went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 29, 2017, following a 15 year battle with cancer.
He was born June 20, 1944 in Joplin, to Earnest and Pauline Owsley. He has one brother Joe and wife Betty.
Frank served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He owned Crazy Frank’s Harley Davidson parts and repair shop for over 20 years. He was a faithful member of Christ’s Church of Oronogo.
He married the love of his life, Sherry, on August 25, 1990. Remaining family includes daughter Karie and John Ness, daughter Opal and Tommy Miller. His grandchildren, Hoss, Ashley, Joseph, Anna, Charlie and Joey. Nephew, Joey and Jenny Owsley, Isaiah and Dylan. He was preceded in death by son B.J. Freeman and Earl and Eunice Keesee.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 4 6-8 p.m. at Christ’s Church of Oronogo Student Ministry Center North.
Funeral services will be Friday, May 5th at 10 a.m. at CCO Main Worship Center.
Burial with full military honors will follow at Weaver Cemetery.
