Donald Elgin “Donnie” Norrell, I, 71, Granby, MO, passed away Feb. 24, 2018. He was born Oct. 19, 1946 in Columbus, GA.
A longtime area resident, Donnie had been employed as a truck driver. On Feb. 13, 1986, he married Lydia Lisle in Miami, OK; she preceded him in death in 2011.
Donnie is survived by six children: Donald Norrell, II of Phenix City, AL, Victor Perriera of Salem, AL, Ryan Winn of Neosho, MO, Michelle Enriquez of Bismark, ND, Lisa Tharp of Joplin, MO, and Amy Lynne Smith of Columbus, GA; and eleven grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, Donnie was preceded in death by thirteen siblings and one grandson.
