Evan White

(From Fohn Funeral Home)

Evan White was born December 17, 1993 to Eric and Amy White. He passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 24. Evan was a 2012 graduate of Cassville High School. He was a member of the Cassville Golf Club, and First Baptist Church. Evan was an avid golfer, deer hunter, and fisherman. He loved the outdoors, his friends and most of all his family. Evan was a shining star to Eric and Amy, and brought so much joy into their lives. He had a special bond with PaPa Bill and PaPa Elton, as most of his hobbies were shared at their side. No doubt he also had a special relationship with NaNa (Veva) and MoMo (Gloria). He spent many days with them as he was growing up as they all helped raise him while Eric and Amy were working. Evan was loved by all who knew him and will be truly missed. Words cannot do justice to the void that his passing has created, but know he was loved by so many and he loved so many.

He is survived by his parents, Eric and Amy White, his younger brother Gavin of Cassville; his grandparents, Elton and Gloria White (PaPa and MoMo) of Granby, Missouri and Bill and Veva Lee (PaPa and NaNa) of Cassville, Missouri; Uncle Jason White of Granby, Uncle Dustin Lee and Aunt Lauren of Monett, Missouri; cousins, Ellie Anderson of Granby and Hunter and Jackson Lee of Monett; and many other cousins and friends.

Eric, Amy and Gavin would like to thank everyone for all of their prayers, support and love in this difficult time.

A special thanks to the staff of Mercy Hospital-Cassville for everything they did for Evan. They went above and beyond to help Evan.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Corinth Cemetery in Cassville under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor James Stewart will conduct the services.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.

Contributions may be made to Cassville Golf Course in memory of Evan.
