Glenn Ennis

Glenn Edward Ennis, age 78, of Stella, Missouri, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at his home.

He was born October 14, 1939 in Washburn, Missouri the son of Olan Ernest and Janie (Wilson) Ennis. On October 28, 1978 in Ketchikan, Alaska he was united in marriage to Judith “Judy” Sannar, who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Jerry Ennis and his wife Tammy of Washburn, Missouri, Rodney Ennis and his wife Cindy of Burlington, Kansas and Vernon Thornburg and his wife Jeanne of Anderson, California; two daughters, Jenny Martin and her husband Mark of Neosho, Missouri and Sherry Spicer of Exeter, Missouri; one sister, Norma Ennis of Springfield, Missouri; seventeen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Olan and Janie Ennis; one son, Bill Ennis; three brothers, Loy Gene, Larry and Marvin Ennis and a son-in-law, Edd Spicer.

Glenn attended Mineral School and then Cassville High School, graduating in 1958. He was a cabinet maker and owned and operated G & J Cabinets. He was an ordained minister and faithfully pastored churches in Wyoming, Montana and Missouri.

Funeral services were  held Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Roger Morey and Pastor James Weaver conducted the services. Burial was at Ennis Cemetery in Cassville.

In lieu of flowers the family asks contributions be made for funeral funds.
