Myrtle E. Robertson, 90, Neosho, entered into rest on Feb. 17, 2018 at Freeman Neosho Hospital, following a short illness.
Myrtle was born April 15, 1927 in Greenfield, OK, the daughter of Robert G. and Lena (Iles) Weimer. She moved to Neosho in 1986 from Stella and had worked at Cardwell Memorial Hospital, a telephone operator at Neosho and LaRue Telephone, Big Smith and Nicsinger Uniform. She enjoyed sewing, reading, cooking and especially being with her grandchildren and was a member of Freewill Baptist Church.
Myrtle and A.C. Robertson were married on June 7, 1947 at Greenfield, OK and he preceded her in death on July 7, 1985. Myrtle is survived by two children, Vicki Ann Robertson – Owens and Steven C. Robertson, both of Neosho; three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and their families.
Memorial services will be Friday, Feb. 23, 2018 at 10 am at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Pastor Barry Reel will officiate.
Memorial contributions in memory of Myrtle may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66; Neosho, MO 64850.
