(From Ulmer Funeral Home)Carmen Garcia Vicente Ramos, 59, of Carthage, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri.
Carmen was born on July 20, 1964, in Hacienda Santa Fe’, Coatepeque, Guatemala, to Alfonso Garcia Ramos and Juventina Vicente y Vicente. She was a member of El Jordan Church in Carthage and a homemaker. She loved to cook delicious meals for her friends and family and lending a hand to those who needed it.
Carmen was united in marriage to Hector Heber Ramos on October 8, 1985, in Coatepeque, Guatemala; he survives.
Along with her husband Hector, Carmen is survived by her sons, Kenny Ramos (Reyna) and Neyzer Ramos; her daughter Heydi Ramos; father-in-law, Fidel Ramos Romero; mother-in-law, Obdulia De Ramos Juarez; and her grandchild, Christopher Ramos.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfonso Garcia and Juventina Vicente y Vicente.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Ulmer Funeral Home.
