(From Clark Funeral Home)Linda Loujane Tucker was born on July 14, 1954, in Neosho, Missouri, one of four children to George and Goldie (Barker) Carter. She entered into rest on June 3, 2024, at her home in Neosho, at the age of 69.
Linda graduated from Neosho High School in 1972 and was a lifelong area resident. She worked in housekeeping at Wal-Mart before retirement. She enjoyed being with and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of the Buffalo Creek Church.
On January 16, 1982, in Miami, Oklahoma, Linda and Bobby Tucker, Sr. were united in marriage and Bobby survives.
Additional survivors include two children, Debbie Tucker of Neosho and Bobby Tucker, Jr. and wife, Patricia of Neosho; one grandson, Trentin Romano of Neosho; one brother, Leon Erskin of Salome, Arizona and Mary House of Neosho; sister-in-law, Norma Ledford of Neosho; four nephews, Clay House, Draven House, Rick Ledford and Jimmy Ledford; a special cousin, Ivan Brock of Joplin and a special friend, Vicky Sullenger of Webb City, Missouri.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Gene Ledford and her fur baby, Bear Lynn.
Graveside services will be on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 2 pm at the Gibson Cemetery, Roy Barker will officiate. Serving as pallbearers will be Bob Tucker, Jr., Trentin Romano, Rick Ledford, Jeff Ledford, Clay House and Larry Bunch. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Contributions in memory of Linda may be made to the family to assist with expenses.
