(From Bath-Naylor Funeral Home)Jean Ann Jones, 66 of Columbus died Sept. 23, 2021 at her home.
She was born August 11, 1955 in Joplin, MO the daughter of Lloyd and Margie (Stripling) DeArmond.
Jean worked for Mercy Hospital Systems in the coding and billing dept.
She was a member of the Center Christian Church and an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Survivors include her children: Patrick Houtz of Springfield, MO, Kayla Jones of Columbus, Justin Jones of Columbus and Travis (Taylor) Jones of Carl Junction, MO. Five siblings: Nancy Yust, Linda Mitchell, Dale DeArmond, Kathy Hodges and Patti DeArmond along with eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial services will be 11am Monday September 27, 2021 at the Center Christian Church with Andy Peterman officiating. Family will receive friends at the Church from 10am until service time at 11. Burial of cremains will be at the Carl Junction Cemetery at a later date.
