(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Roberta June Coleman, age 93, formerly of Carthage, Missouri passed away peacefully on September 1, 2021. Roberta was born on December 16, 1927, in Diamond, Missouri to Frank Blotter and Grace Regan.
In November of 1949 Roberta married the love of her life Lyman Coleman.
She was a proud mother and enjoyed life to the fullest. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed painting, quilting, ceramics, and cross-stitch. But most importantly she loved reading her Bible and worshipping the Lord.
She was preceded in death by both parents, her husband Lyman Coleman, one brother Alfred Blotter and one sister Mable Endicott.
Roberta is survived by two sons; Bob Coleman (Tina) and Ron Coleman, two brothers; Robert Blotter and Lloyd Blotter, two sisters; Irene Surface and Mary Harper, Six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service has been scheduled for Tuesday September 7, at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery at 10 am with a 9am visitation prior to service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to “Hearts for Ghana Mission,” in care of the mortuary. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
