(From Bella Vista Funeral Home)Susan Gail Williams, 55, of Neosho, MO passed away on June 5, 2024. She was born on January 4, 1969.
Susan was a lover of the arts. She graduated from SMSU in Springfield, MO with a bachelor’s in fine arts. She owned and operated a dance studio in Anderson, MO for many years. Susan sang in church choirs and had a love for music, sewing, and quilting.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Wendell E. Douthitt and grandmother, Wilma Mae Douthitt.
She is survived by her daughter, Laura Duncan (Patrick) O’Malley; parents, Windel Leon “Red” Harris and Mary Sue Douthitt Harris; brother, Tom (Angela) Harris; one niece; four nephews; two uncles, Wayne E. (Vera) Douthitt and Gary L. (Edie) Harris; and several cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Racine Christian Church, 12218 State Hwy K, Neosho, MO 64850, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. officiated by John St. Clair. Inurnment will be held at Diamond Cemetery in Diamond, MO at a later date.
