Victoria Louise Freeman was born on May 31, 1947, in Joplin, Missouri, one of ten children to Clayton and Delores (Dipley) Anderson. She entered into rest on June 5, 2024, in Neosho, Missouri at the age of 77.
Victoria attended Parkwood High School in Joplin and was a lifelong area resident. She had worked at Safeway Bakery and was a homemaker. She loved her cats, Callie and Skunk and being outdoors and gardening.

Freeman were united in marriage and he preceded her in death on September 4, 2023. Victoria is survived by two children, Denise Ezell and husband, Randy of Neosho and Donald Freeman and wife, Becky of Webb City; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three sisters, Terrie, Dona and Karen and three brothers, Leonard, James and William. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, Mark and Mike and a sister, Tommy. No services are planned at this time.
