Paul E. Miller, 74, Neosho, died Jan. 27, 2014 at his home, following an ongoing illness. Paul was born Jan. 22, 1940 in Stella, MO, the son of Earl and Alma (Johnson) Miller. He was raised in the southwest Missouri area and had lived in various places in the U.S. before returning to Neosho in 1988. He served in the U.S. Air Force and worked in building material sales. He is survived by his companion, Sylvia Trout, Neosho and two cousins, John Todd, Wichita, KS and Georgia DeEster Duncan Moss, Edmond, OK. Paul is preceded in death by a son, Charles Glen Miller, his parents and a cousin, Charles Todd.
