Robert D. Pilgrim, age 78 of Joplin, Missouri passed away on Saturday January 18, 2014 at his home, finishing his final journey to heaven.
He was born on September 25, 1935 in Joplin the son of Joe and Irene Regan. James worked as a Mechanic and was very good at his job.
He married Liz Ware on September 12, 1971 in Joplin. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Liz, five children and many grand and great grandchildren.
Service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday January 24, 2014 at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary with Rev Bob Simon officiating. Burial will follow at the Hornet Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday January 23, 2014 at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
The family request contributions to the Robert Pilgrim Memorial Fund in Care of the Mason-Woodard Mortuary.
