Aaron Hill

Aaron Luis Hill, age 45, Joplin, passed away Friday, September 11, 2020 with loved ones by his side in Tulsa, OK.

Aaron was born May 25, 1975 in Council Grove, Kansas, to Luis Hill and Brenda (Slawson) Hill.
Aaron graduated high school from New Orleans Christian Academy in Louisiana. He was currently working for AmeriCold Logistics in Carthage as a forklift operator.

Aaron was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. He was a dedicated family man and cherished the time spent with family and friends. Aaron will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He married Melissa Hynes on February 26, 2000 in El Paso, Texas. She survives at the home.








Survivors in addition to his wife and parents include two children, Aaron Daniel Hill and Gracen Joy Elizabeth Hill; siblings, Leah Rutledge and husband, Tim, Rebecca Hill, Rachel Hill and Andrew Hill; grandmother, Cira Piper, eight nieces and nephews; six great nieces and nephews; and several extended family members and friends.

Aaron was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eugene Piper, Claude Slawson, Betty Slawson; and great grandmother Flossie Piper.

Funeral services are planned for Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary Chapel. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until service time. Reverend Carolyn Spencer will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Webb City. Pallbearers will be Andrew Hill, Tim Rutledge, Michael Rutledge, Nathaniel Hill, Matthew Rutledge and Aaron Hill. Honorary pallbearers will be John Hynes and Luis Hill.

The family requests that masks be worn if attending the services.

Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
