(From Clark Funeral Home)Marcene entered into rest on September 19, 2020, at Landmark Hospital, Joplin, at age 78. She was born December 30, 1941 in Paul, Idaho, to Thomas and Stella (Edwards) Hatch.
Marcene enjoyed being a homemaker and lived in the Granby area for 43 years. She found great joy in quilting and knitting, but being with her family and grandchildren was her favorite pastime. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She is survived by one daughter, Tracey Lankford; two sisters Pauline Moffett and Karen Higginson; seven grandchildren, Brittany Sandborn, Derick Lankford, Austin Lankford, Stephen Sims, Dallas Sims, Brent Sims and Kelle Sims; and numerous great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by one son, Alan Sims; two sisters, and five brothers.
A private Graveside Service will be held.
