Dixie Zeyen

Dixie Lea Zeyen was born March 6, 1933 in Neosho, Missouri, the daughter of Delbert and Marguerite Hutchings. She entered into rest on September 8, 2020 at her home in Hutchison, Kansas with her family present at the age of 87. 

Dixie had worked as a dietary supervisor and was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, watching sports, spending time with her children, grandchildren and family. 

She is survived by five children, Rayma Reed Ireland of Columbia, Missouri, Debbie Reed Lauber and husband, Jack of Wichita, Kansas, Sandra Reed Wilson and husband, Bud of Neosho, Missouri, Paul Michael Zeyen of Hutchison, Kansas and James Mark Zeyen and wife, Brenda of Dodge City, Kansas; ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Ann Wilson and son, Richard Frank Reed.
