(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Alfred James Keller, Jr., age 75, of Joplin, passed away on Monday November 28,2022, at Mercy Hospital, following an illness.
Alfred was born on July 14, 1947, in Joplin, the son of the late Alfred Keller, Sr. and Verna (Culp) Keller. He has been a lifetime area resident.
He married the love of his life Connie Waggoner on June 20, 1967, in Joplin. Together they were blessed with three children.
He was owner/operator of Al Keller Plumbing, until retiring in 2015. Al never really retired, he always stayed busy working on many different projects. He was a past member of Christ’s Church of Oronogo and he attended Hope City.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Connie Keller, Joplin; two sons, James Keller, Joplin and Bryon Keller and wife Tina, Joplin; one daughter, Erin Garman and husband Aaron, Joplin; two grandchildren, Colby Garman and Madison Garman. He was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Keller, and a sister, Pat Willard.
A family held Celebration of Life will be Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Hope City, Joplin.
