(From Parker Mortuary)Judson Edward, age 45, of Joplin, MO, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at North Kansas City Hospital in Kansas City, MO.
Judson was born on March 27, 1979, in Pohnpei, Micronesia, to the union of Roswell and Manuelihda (John) Edward. He worked as a farmer for many years in Pohnpei before moving to the states. He loved spending time with his family and friends in his spare time.
Judson is survived by his wife, Luciana Abraham Edward; four children, Lathansha Abraham, Shawn-Dee Abraham, Jerisha Edward, and Benisha Lu-Rose Edward; two grandchildren, Hiroshi Daka Une and Zairus Klay Abraham; eight siblings, Richard R. Edward, Salome Edward, Judah Edward, Richard Edward, Siften Edward, Layreen Edward, Aniter Ioanis, and Roslain Nakanaka; and his parents, Roswell and Manuelihda Edward.
Judson was preceded in death by one sibling, Ruwhite Edward.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 13, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Christian Mission Fellowship in Joplin, MO.
Funeral arrangements are under the special care of Parker Mortuary.
Judson was preceded in death by one sibling, Ruwhite Edward.
