(From Greenfield Funeral Home)Larry Henry Barnett, of Greenfield, MO, departed this life on Friday, September 11, 2026, in his home at the age of 80.
Larry will be fondly remembered for his great sense of humor and his love for others, always willing to lend a hand to a friend in need.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 47 years, Linda, and three children: Larry, Julie and Lynn, as well as grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in glory by his parents, his sister, Yvonne, and his son Jon.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026, at Greenfield Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Maple Park Cemetery in Springfield, MO. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the funeral chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the ALS Association. Services are under the care of Greenfield Funeral Chapel.
