(From Clark Funeral Home)Gladys Viola Overmiller was born March 30, 1925 in Seneca, Missouri, the daughter of Oscar and Daisy (Nolan) Snow. She entered into rest on November 8, 2022 at her home in Neosho, at the age of 97.
Gladys was a lifelong area resident and had worked at Buddy-L, at Casey's deli and at the deli at Wal-Mart.
Gladys enjoyed shopping, traveling with her family to Branson, Missouri to see the shows, eating out and being with her family. She was a hard worker and worked into her early 80s.
On June 17, 1954 in Washington County, Arkansas, Gladys and Vernon William Overmiller were united in marriage and he preceded her in death in 2007.
Gladys is survived by two daughters, Karen Hampton and husband, Mark of Summersville, Missouri and Karla Irvin of Neosho, Missouri, four grandchildren, Chelsey Irvin, Meagan Irvin, Mariah Irvin and Terry Claremore and great grandchildren, Ryder Irvin, River Barbe, Raven Irvin, Alivia Breuil, Evan Breuil, Eli Breuil and Halle Yeager.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Marsha Snow, son, Gary Overmiller and siblings, Hubert, Herbert, Goldie, Isabell, Homer and Raymond.
