Jeff St. Clair

Jeffrey L. St. Clair, age 68, entered into Heaven on Thursday, June 8, 2023 following a long battle with cancer. 

Jeff was born January 15, 1955, in Joplin, MO to Calvin and Betty St. Clair where his parents were attending Ozark Bible College. Jeff graduated from High School in New Whiteland, IN and returned to Joplin to also attend Ozark Bible College, where he graduated in 1983.









Over the years Jeff worked at Schreiber Foods and Protein Solutions, from where he recently retired. Jeff ‘s heart and passion was in the families and community of Neosho Christian Church where he pastored for the last 18 years.

Jeff was married to Julie Dalton on June 21, 1975 in New Whiteland, IN and she survives. Additional survivors include two sons, Josh St. Clair (Connie), Neosho, MO and Bo Defoor of the home; two daughters, Jana Maggard (Randy), Neosho, MO and Hannah Defoor of the home; two brothers, Jay St. Clair (Julie) Joplin, MO; John St. Clair (Melony) Racine, MO, one sister, Cheryl Latkowski (David), Greenwood, MO; four wonderful grandchildren, Josh Jr., Cody, Katlyn, and Rene' and three great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Betty St. Clair, and two brothers, Calvin St. Clair Jr. and Rodney Wayne St. Clair.








In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to Neosho Christian Church in care of the Mortuary.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at Racine Christian Church with his brothers, John St. Clair, and Jay St. Clair, Ministers, officiating. Burial will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery in Neosho, MO. 

Pallbearers will be Josh St. Clair Sr., Randy Maggard, Josh St. Clair Jr., Cody St. Clair, Bo Defoor, Jay St. Clair, and John St. Clair. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Monday at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary in Joplin. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mason-Woodard Mortuary and Crematory of Joplin, Mo.
