(From Clark Funeral Home)Dale Richard Gray, age 79, passed away peacefully at his home in Granby, Missouri, on November 7, 2024. He was born on October 12, 1945, in Medford, Oregon, to Eldridge and Thelma (Western) Gray.
Dale dedicated his career to serving as a correctional officer, a role he approached with strength and commitment. He will be remembered for his sense of duty and the care he extended to those around him.
Dale is survived by his daughters, Sheri Collins of Sacramento, California, and Kim Matthews of Tennessee; his stepdaughter Anita; his sister Bonnie Gray; and his brother Paul Gray and wife Katherine. He also leaves behind numerous beloved nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.
At this time, no services are planned.
The family invites those who knew Dale to reflect on his life and the impact he had on those he loved and served.
