Curtis “Quack” Patrick, age 56, of Webb City, MO, passed away on Thursday December 5, 2019, at his home, following a sudden illness.
Curtis was born on October 19, 1963, the son of Robert Jack Patrick and Jacquette Devere (Epperson) Patrick Hailey. He graduated in 1982 from Webb City High School. He has been a lifetime area resident. He worked for Meeks for twelve years. He was currently working as a landlord. He attended several years at Christ’s Church of Oronogo. He loved his dog and enjoyed spending time with his mom.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Jack Patrick.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Jacquette and Victor Hailey, Webb City, MO; two brothers, Kenneth Ray Patrick and wife Susan Elaine, Webb City, MO, and Jeff Patrick and wife Denise, Bryant, AR; a step-brother, Stephen Hailey and wife Kathy, Webb City, MO; a step-sister, Vicki Hailey, Carterville, MO; four nieces, one nephew; three great-nieces and nine great-nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Webb City, MO. Victor Hailey will officiate. Burial will be in Webb City Cemetery.
The visitation will be 1:00 p.m. Monday at Emmanuel Baptist Church, prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be given to Emmanuel Baptist Church in care of the mortuary.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
I can still remember him "quacking" when he walked to Eugene Field.
