Macfleen “Maggie” Paul, 37, of Joplin, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021 surrounded by family.

Maggie was born November 26, 1983, in Kitti, Pohnpei to Peteriko Route and Maria Neth. She attended Seinwar Elementary School and Marinas High School. She was a homemaker and a loving and devoted mother to her three children.

Maggie had a heart of gold. She was kind and welcoming to everyone she met. She loved “Coke and Crunch Bars”. But above everything family was her world. Maggie cherished the time spent and memories created with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Maggie is lovingly survived by her long-time partner, Leison Souleian; children, McFerson, Souelian, Maverickson Souelian, and Meleilony Souelian; siblings, Jayleen Paul-Clemons, Jaymor Paul, Lelesem Paul, and Esther Paul Aydelotte; mother, Maria Neth; father, Peteriko Route; together with a host of extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Howard Cemetery, Goodman, Missouri with pastor Tonis Mathews. Leison Souelian, Jaymor Paul, Maxson Ioanis, Macferson Souelian, Maverickson Ioanis, Jaynas Ifamilik and Dino Ifamilik will serve as pallbearers.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Parker Mortuary.
