(From Ozark Funeral Home)Mrs. Mary Gean Mensch, 91, of Pineville, Missouri, departed this life on Friday evening, July 8, 2022, surrounded by her family in the comfort of her home.
Mary entered this life on May 11, 1931, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, daughter of the late John and Maggie (Birchfield) Morrison. She was raised and attended school in Eureka Springs.
On January 2, 1958, she was united in marriage to Daniel Mensch and together they shared thirty-five years before his passing on July 15, 1993. For nineteen years they resided in Burley, Idaho, where they both were employed at a potato processing plant.
In 1983, they moved their family to Pineville, Missouri. For the next years, she and Daniel worked for Ozark and North Arkansas Poultry Processing both located in Rogers. Mary retired in 1993, shortly after her husbands passing. She enjoyed crocheting, fishing, camping and spending time with her family. Mary attended Living Word Mission Church near Rocky Comfort, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Daniel Mensch; and three brothers, Truman, CW and Barry Morrison.
Mary is survived by her five children, Delbert Roe of Pineville, Gean Mensch of the home, David Mensch of Pineville, Carl Mensch of the home and Yvonna Stephens and husband, Dewayne, of Pineville; three grandchildren, Wayne Blevins and wife, Vickie, Vicky Schlessman and husband, Bud and Amanda Hall and husband, James; eight great grandchildren, Justice Blevins, Colton Schlessman, Landen Hall, Dakota Schlessman, Aubrey Blevins, Jordan Schlessman, Ethan Hall and Newt Hall; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Graveside services are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at Simsberry Cemetery near Powell, Missouri, with Bro. Billy Joe Gentry officiating.

Those honoring her life by serving as pallbearers are Wayne Blevins, Bud Schlessman, James Hall, Justice Blevins, Colton Schlessman and Landen Hall with Dakota Schlessman, Ethan Hall, Newt Hall, Jordan Schlessman and Aubrey Blevins serving as honorary.
