Sandra Ruth Owen Reynolds, age 72, Joplin, passed away at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at her home after a sudden illness.
Sandra was born October 30, 1942 in Joplin to the late Gene ‘Babe’ Owen and Ruth Reed Owen. She was a lifelong Joplin resident, and graduated from Joplin High School in 1960.
She worked at Rocketdyne; Mays Drug; Motorola and retired from Cardinal Scale as a quality control supervisor. She was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, David Reynolds and his wife, Susan, Joplin, Owen Reynolds and his wife, Renae, Joplin; six grandchildren, Logan, Autumn, Abagail, Morgan, Garry, Ruth Ann; and several other extended family members.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by an infant brother, Steve.
Sandra has been taken for cremation.
A committal service is planned for Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
