(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)Eva Ann Rice of Commerce, OK passed from this life Saturday, June 11, 2023 at Eastwood Manor in Commerce, OK. She was 85.
Eva was born August 22, 1937 in Bartlesville, OK to Hayden and Artie (Cossey) Stephenson. She had lived in Commerce for 13 years, moving from Arkansas City, KS. She had worked as a cook for Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami and at Eastwood Manor in Commerce. She was a member of Bethany Christian Church in Miami, OK.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Rice, 1 son, Scott Glover and her parents.
Eva is survived by 1 son, Steve Glover of Joplin, MO, 2 daughters, Chris Patrick of Miami, OK and Kym Wright and her husband John of Joplin, MO, 1 sister, Patricia Henderson of Hominy, OK, 28 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 4 great great-grandchildren.
