(From Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home)Jerry E. Hembree, 54, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest June 10, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin after an illness.
Jerry Everett Hembree was born September 23, 1968 in Neosho, MO the son of Jack and Peggy (Cook) Hembree. Jerry loved to spend time outdoors hunting and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his sons and especially spending time with his grandchildren. Jerry worked for Roeslein Alternative Energy as a Construction Manager a job in which he enjoy. Jerry attended Hottel Springs Church of Christ.
Jerry married Marilyn Mahurin October 17, 1997 and she survives.
Addtional survivors include his mother, Peggy Hembree, Seneca; two sons Joseph Hembree and wife Melissa, Seneca and Ryan Fry and wife Brittani, Neosho; brothers, Jeffery Hembree and wife Regina, Seneca, Brian Hembree, Seneca, Jason Hembree and wife Billie, Neosho; grandchildren Kaydence Fry,Brantley Fry, Brecken Fry, Bryson Fry, Jetta Hembree; honorary brothers and sisters, Leon and Geni Rinehart and Tracy and Kandi Smith all of Seneca; A host of nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Jerry was preceded in death by his father Jack Hembree; his brother Brad Hembree; grandparents John and Avis Cook and OH and Norman Hembree.
Viewing and Visistation will be held from 5:30 to 6:30pm, Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the Hottel Springs Church of Christ with Bob Hampton officiating. Burial will be in the New Salem Cemetery withJoseph Hembree, Ryan Fry, Josh Hembree, Brett Hembree, Brian Hembree, Jason Hembree, Hershell Mahurin and Mike Connell serving as pallbearers.
