(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Wilma Leona Webb, of Oologah, OK., formerly of Joplin, MO., passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, in Owasso, OK.
Leona was born on October 20, 1944 in Joplin, the daughter of Leonard James Robinson and Martha Sarah Robinson. She had lived most of her life in the Joplin area and has been in Oklahoma since 2016. Leona worked for many years for the State of Missouri. She was a former member of Central Christian Center, God and Family were her top priorities in life.
She married Billy R. Webb in 1970, he preceded her in death on June 18, 2016.
Survivors include her son; Bill Webb of Oologah, a brother; Dean Robinson of Broken Arrow, OK., three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of Oklahoma.
Graveside services have been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Diamond Cemetery in Diamond, MO.
