Birdie Lorene "Lorene" Myers, 99, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away on March 31, 2026.
Lorene was born on January 16, 1927, in Carthage, Missouri, to Barney E. Rowe and Gladys (Skeleton) Rowe.
She was united in marriage to William E. Myers in February 1965, and together they shared 33 years of love and companionship until his passing. Lorene dedicated many years of service to Goodyear, retiring on June 1, 1983.
A proud and active member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Lorene was initiated on April 30, 1981, at Ellestar Chapter No. 565 in Akron, Ohio. In May 2001, she transferred her membership to Belleview Chapter No. 122 in Fort McCoy, Florida, where she remained devoted and engaged.
Lorene was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William E. Myers. She will be deeply missed by her extended family and many friends whose lives she touched.
Lorene will be inurned at Bushnell National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida, at a later date.

She entered a garden of peace-
