(From Greenfield Funeral Chapel)Lewis Glen McGatha, of Arcola, MO, departed this life on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, MO at the age of 67.
The family will conduct a memorial graveside service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Achord Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project. Cremation services are under the care of Greenfield Funeral Chapel.
