(From Parker Mortuary)Allene Miller (Barbara Allene), 85, passed from this earth following a short illness. Allene was born April 19th, 1940 in Klamath Falls, OR. Allene graduated from Cassville High School in 1958 and got her English and Communication degrees from Missouri Southern College. Her entire teaching career of 25 years was at Diamond High School.
On July 16, 1959, Allene married JR (Joseph Richard) Miller, this union lasted nearly 67 years. Together, they had three children: Brian, Denise, and James.
Allene was preceded in death by her oldest son Brian Patrick in November 1997.
Visitation Services will be Thursday April 9th 5-7pm,at Parker Mortuary and graveside services will be Saturday April 11th, 11 a.m. at Munsey Cemetery, Eagle Rock, MO officiants will be Brandon Dorris and Scott Hill.
