Barbara Frank

Barbara Jeanette (Webb) Frank, age 88, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Eastwood Manor in Commerce, Oklahoma.

Barbara was born to Claude and Pansy (Mead) Webb on August 26, 1937, at the family home in Miami, Oklahoma. She graduated from Commerce High School, and went on to work at the Parsons Ammunition Plant in Parsons, Kansas. While at work, she met Richard Frank. Barbara and Richard were united in marriage on June 8, 1974 in Carthage, Missouri. He survives of the home. Barbara enjoyed sewing, and delivered food for Meals on Wheels. She was a member of Center Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Claude and Pansy Webb; daughter Brenda Napier; sisters: Frieda Olds, Norma Highley, Joyce Roper, and Lois Lynn; brother Claude Webb; niece Patsy Henson; brothers-in-law: Charles Frank and Darrell Frank.

Survivors include her husband Richard Frank of Columbus, KS; daughter Lorrie Nading (husband Cliff); grandchildren: Brant Napier (fiancé Tracy) of Joplin, MO, David Napier of Salina, KS, Bradley Napier of Girard, KS, Chenoa Napier of Columbus, KS, Tanya Robnett (husband Kyle) of Columbus, KS, Chris Delmont (wife Lindsay) of Stilwell, KS; great-grandkids: Zak Robnett (wife Charlsea), Matthew Robnett (fiancé Emily), Sophie Delmont, Brody Delmont, Grady, Easton, Ella, Ruby, Naomi, Taevyn Baylor, Brylee Napier, Austin Freeman, Bryce Freeman, Mikayla Freeman, and Benjamen Lang; and great-grandchild Navie Robnett.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Derfelt Funeral Home of Columbus, Kansas. The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 15, 2026, 10:00 AM, at Derfelt Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made payable to Greenlawn Cemetery , and left in care of the funeral home.
