Delcie Helen Turner (Grandma Turner) passed from her temporary residence to her eternal home, peacefully, on Monday, December 9, 2013 in Oklahoma City, OK.
She was born in Paden, Oklahoma on October 18, 1920 to George Carrol & Mollie Delanie Speir. She married her sweetheart; William Russell (W.R. or Bill) Turner on November 20, 1939 to this union was born six children. Billy Carroll; Marvin Douglas; Bruce Dewayne;
Delcie Carol; Brenda Kay and Cheryl Ann.
Her husband, of 50 years, her sons Billy and Marvin; her daughter Carol and grandchildren Scott and Adalee preceded her in death.
