Jason Phillips, 34 passed away December 20, 2013, at Mercy Hospital Joplin, Missouri.
Jason was born in Carthage, MO. He was a lifetime Carthage resident. He worked for Carlille in Fort Scott, Kansas. Jason is survived by his wife Cherie Phillips, two daughters April and Ashley, three sons Jason, Justin and William. His mom Brenda Wintjen and Step-Father Clay Wintjen. Two brothers Justin and Michael. Grandparents George and Ruth Coffey of Carthage, Jim and Carolyn Phipps and Step Grandfather Billy Kifer of Sarcoxie. Numerous Friends and Family.
