(From Paul Thomas Funeral Home)Patsy Sue Cheater of Baxter Springs, KS passed from this life Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Quaker Hill Skilled Nursing in Baxter Springs, KS. She was 75.
Patsy was born April 30, 1949 in Picher, OK to Bobby and Violet (Tyree) Welch. She had lived in Baxter Springs for the past 25 years moving from Columbus, KS. She had worked as a sales clerk at various stores in Northpark Mall in Joplin, MO. She was of the Presbyterian faith.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, Bobby Welch and 2 sisters, Susie Burkybile and Kitty Welch.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Laura Norton and Rachel Gaines of Miami, OK, 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
