(From Ozark Funeral Home)Dorenda Kay Nunnally, 59, of Anderson, Missouri, passed away on Thursday afternoon, May 21, 2026, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas.
She was born on September 13, 1966, in Denver, Colorado, the eldest of two children born to the union of James and Vernetta (Seifried) Brengman. Dorenda was raised in Strasburg, Colorado, where she attended school and spent her early years before making a life-changing move to Anderson, Missouri, in 1983.
She is survived by her mother, Vernetta Brengman of Anderson, Missouri; her companion of fifteen years, Tim Robbins of Anderson; a sister-in-law, Judy Brengman; as well as a host of other family and friends who will forever treasure her memory. She was preceded in death by her father, James Brengman; her son, Michael Nunnally; and her brother, Bryon Brengman.
Dorenda assisted her mother in the operation of Indian Creek Kennel. She took pride in helping where she was needed and approached her responsibilities with care and dedication. Dorenda found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially fishing and spending time with animals. She had a gentle heart and a natural love for creatures great and small.
Cremation arrangements are under the care of Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri.
