Connie Joyce Fleming of Grove, OK passed from this life Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at her home. She was 61.

Connie was born June 8, 1964 in Miami, OK to A.J. and Joyce Hattie (Whitecotton) Fleming. She had lived in Grove for the past 20 years moving from Miami, OK. Connie was a Certified Nursing Assistant and had worked at Quapaw Nursing Center in Quapaw, OK and Betty Ann Nursing Home in Grove, OK. She had also worked at the Super 8 Motel in Miami.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents.

Connie is survived by Mark Capansky of the home, 3 sons, Kenny Betts of Seneca, MO, Andrew Betts and wife Emily of Grove, OK and William Betts and wife Lacey of Miami, OK. 1 brother, Eugene Fleming of Everton, MO, 2 sisters, Diane Fleming Blair of Everton, MO and Nancy Connor of Miami, OK, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
