(From Ozark Memorial Park Crematory)James R Lewis D.C., 68 of Joplin Missouri peacefully passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026 at his home.
James was born to the late Marjorie Fox and Robert Lewis on March 1, 1958 in Des Moines, Iowa. Jim was a local Chiropractor in the Joplin area for several years.
He is survived by his son Nic Lewis. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date, once arrangements are finalized.
